Cauliflower with buttered bread crumbs

Tonight we made some paprikas and decided to make the cauliflower to go with it. We made this a Christmas for my family and it was a huge hit.

Ingredients
I large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 stick of butter
1 cup of bread crumbs

Method
Put a large pot of water on and bring it to a boil. Salt the water, and add the cauliflower. Boil for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan and toss in the breadcrumbs. When the cauliflower is cooked, drain it well and toss with the breadcrumbs.

This is a really simple side dish, and it holds well (I usually just put the cooked cauliflower in a greased baking dish before adding the breadcrumbs and pop it in a warm oven until we’re ready to eat).
