Biscuits

Tonight Chris and I made a comfort food feast, one component of which was some homemade biscuits. I used Alton Brown’s Biscuit Recipe, but instead of the full two cups of AP flour, I used 1.5 cups of AP, and 1/2 cup of cake flour. This result in a biscuit with a slightly softer feel and a lighter crumb. These were great straight out of the oven with some butter and honey.
