Last night Chris and I made turkey piccata (we found pre-cut turkey cutlets, so decided to give it a try). I think we both agree that it’s much better with chicken. The turkey was kind of tough, and fell apart in the pan. To have with it, we threw together some of Giada De Laurentiis’ lemon spaghetti . We ended up adding the juice and zest of an additional lemon as we didn’t have any fresh basil. It’s wonderfully easy, and makes a great lunch with a side salad.
