Old Post 4: Csirke Paprikas

2.5lb chicken parts.
1/4 cup chicken fat or oil
1 large onion chopped
1.5tbsp Hungarian paprika
1 Hungarian wax pepper
3 small peeled tomatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
Galuska (see porkolt recipe)
1/2 c chicken stock

Saute onion in oil, add chicken and saute gently (until yellow), remove from head, add 1tsp salt, and paprika, replace on heat, add 1/2 cup chicken stock. Add pepper and tomatos. Simmer 30 minutes. Temper sour cream with sauce, add sour cream to pot, simmer a couple minutes, serve chicken and sauce over galuska. (see the porkolt recipe for the galuska recipe).

This is a nicely sauced stewed chicken.
